Industry application questions

Move from the part and required result to a defined machine and integration scope.

How do I find the right process for my parts?

Choose the closest application group, then identify the operation: cutting stock, joining an assembly, removing contamination or treating a worn surface. Review the actual part and acceptance requirements before choosing equipment.

Compare equipment categories
Can a project include several laser processes?

A project can be reviewed across multiple operations. The equipment, fixtures, transfer arrangements and interfaces for each stage must be defined; listing several processes does not establish one standard combined machine.

Discuss the process route
Are these equipment solutions or contract processing services?

These pages support equipment and integration selection for manufacturing applications. They do not establish a contract-production service or a commitment to repair parts on site.

Review component-repair equipment
Are application examples completed customer projects?

The examples explain process tasks and equipment-selection considerations. Industry concept illustrations are not photographs of customer installations and should not be treated as evidence of a completed project.

Review company information
What should I send for an application review?

Provide drawings or samples, materials, dimensions, required operations and acceptance criteria. Add production targets, loading preferences, available layout and existing equipment interfaces; for worn parts, include condition photographs and remaining dimensions.
