Automatic sheet handling
This automatic loading and unloading system supplies full sheets to a laser cutter and removes the completed cut sheet in a synchronized workflow. Select LGS 3015 or LGS 4020 around sheet dimensions, weight, machine interfaces and the unloading arrangement.
Whole-machine warranty: 2 years · Final price and delivery timing depend on sheet data, laser-cutter interface, loading and unloading logic, layout, guarding, utilities, installation and acceptance requirements.
Specifications
Compare all listed models and their working areas in one complete table. Rows spanning the model columns are series-wide specifications.
The system is configured to load full sheets for cutting and unload the completed sheet in coordination with the connected laser cutting machine.
Choose between listed maximum sheet sizes of 3,000 × 1,500 mm and 4,000 × 2,000 mm after reviewing the cutting machine and production mix.
The source configuration lists a maximum feeding-sheet weight of 500 kg for carbon-steel and stainless-steel production.
The listed control coordinates sheet-handling work with the production sequence and the connected cutting equipment.
Multiple sensors and a safety interlock system are included in the listed configuration for equipment-state monitoring and coordinated operation.
Loading position, unloading area, laser-cutter interface, guarding and utilities are confirmed together for the available floor plan.

View all industry solutionsLGS 3015 lists up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm and LGS 4020 up to 4,000 × 2,000 mm. Both list a minimum sheet size of 1,200 × 1,000 mm and maximum sheet weight of 500 kg. Review the full production mix against all three limits.
Provide the laser-cutter model, table layout and available control interfaces. Scheduling, machine synchronization, sensors and interlocks need a coordinated review; the system is not presented as a universal plug-in retrofit for every cutter.
The documented operation unloads the completed sheet after cutting. Define stacking and the next step for separating parts from the remaining material. Individual-part sorting and a storage tower require an explicitly agreed equipment scope.
The described system unloads the completed cut sheet. Individual-part sorting is a separate function and is not established by the full-sheet unloading description.
A retrofit requires review of the cutter model, table arrangement, control interfaces and synchronization requirements. Submit those details before assuming compatibility.
Compare the maximum sheet format required by the production mix and the connected cutter: 3,000 × 1,500 mm or 4,000 × 2,000 mm. Also check the shared minimum size and 500 kg maximum sheet weight.
The image shows a system configuration, not a fixed supply list. Confirm whether storage is required and identify the tower, interfaces and handling equipment separately in the quotation.
Provide sheet grades, size and weight ranges, the laser-cutter details, floor plan and production sequence. Describe where raw sheets are picked up and how completed sheets should be unloaded and stacked.
