Suitcase Single-Mode Pulsed Laser Cleaning Machine

The TY-QX1019 single-mode suitcase pulsed laser cleaner places 100, 200, 300 or 500 W options in a wheeled case with a pull handle. Its five-metre fiber lets the unit remain on the ground while the handheld head reaches the work area.

Move pulsed cleaning power between work areas

Suitcase-format mobility

An extendable pull handle and integrated wheels support frequent movement between work areas without requiring the system to be carried as a backpack.

Protective integrated enclosure

The laser system and transport hardware are integrated into a protective case for movement between workshop stations and field-maintenance locations.

Four listed power options

The current configuration sheet lists 100, 200, 300 and 500 W options, with power-specific pulse energy, cleaning-head weight and selected process ranges.

Air-cooled architecture

The listed configuration uses air cooling and does not require an external water-cooling circuit, reducing the supporting equipment moved with the cleaner.

Five-metre working reach

The listed 5 m fiber cable provides separation between the suitcase enclosure and the handheld cleaning point for work around installed components.

Matched to the workpiece

Power and process settings are confirmed after checking the base material, surface layer, cleaning area, access and required acceptance result.

From surface review to cleaning acceptance

The final power and settings are selected from the material, surface layer, access conditions, target finish and acceptance criteria.

Plan a wheeled cleaner around the work area

Position the case before checking head access

Allow space for the 617 × 469 × 291 mm case, a suitable cable route and access to the component. The five-metre fiber separates the unit from the cleaning point; route length and obstructions still affect where the operator can work.

Keep power-specific limits visible

Cleaning-head weight rises from 0.9 kg at 100/200 W to 1.25 kg at 300 W and 1.5 kg at 500 W. The 300 W scan-speed and cleaning-width mapping remains to be confirmed; do not assign another power option’s values to it.

Define the finish needed after cleaning

Describe the substrate, layer and next process, such as inspection or recoating. Review a representative sample against that finish and record the required passes. A transport case or a particular power level does not establish the removal result for every coating.

Machine selection questions

How does the suitcase differ from the backpack?

The suitcase uses wheels and a pull handle, with a listed five-metre fiber. The backpack carries the main unit and lists 1.5 m fiber; choose around floor access, machine positioning and the surfaces to be reached.

Is battery operation specified for this suitcase?

The listed input is AC 220 V, 50/60 Hz. A battery option is not specified for this suitcase configuration; do not assume the backpack battery option applies to it.

Can the head reach everything within five metres?

Five metres is the listed fiber length. Confirm the actual cable route, case position, obstructions and head approach to the surface; the cable length alone is not a usable-radius guarantee.

Are all 300 W process values confirmed?

The 300 W power option is listed, but its scan-speed and cleaning-width mapping needs confirmation. Those values should be agreed for the selected configuration before using them in a process comparison.

Can one setting remove every coating?

No such capability is established. Base material, layer type and thickness, surface geometry and the accepted finish should be reviewed together before selecting power and process settings.
