Coil-fed laser blanking line
Decoiler Laser Cutting Machine System
This coil-fed laser cutting line connects uncoiling, leveling, laser cutting and feeding for repeat blank production. Choose the R3015 or R4015 cutting format, then configure the line around coil characteristics, blank geometry and the required material flow.
Whole-machine warranty: 2 years · Final price and delivery timing depend on coil data, line format, laser power, automation scope, safety package and installation requirements.

Features
Connect coil preparation and laser blanking in one line
Connected coil-processing workflow
The listed line connects uncoiling, leveling, laser cutting and feeding so coil stock can move through the main processing stages in one configured system.
R3015 and R4015 formats
Choose between the listed 3,050 × 1,530 mm and 4,050 × 1,530 mm cutting areas after reviewing coil width, blank geometry and line layout.
Configurable 1.5-6 kW fiber laser
Laser power is selected against material grade, thickness, blank geometry and required production duty rather than treated as a stand-alone line specification.
Intelligent nesting control
The supplied configuration lists intelligent nesting software for arranging blanks before cutting and coordinating the programmed cutting work.
Positioning data for line evaluation
The source sheet lists 0.03 mm positioning accuracy and 0.02 mm repeat positioning accuracy for project comparison and final acceptance planning.
Modular project configuration
Laser source, line format, material handling, guarding, utilities and downstream scope are confirmed together for the production layout.

Specify the coil and the required blanks
Provide coil grade, width, thickness, weight and inner and outer diameters, together with blank drawings and the production mix. The cutting format alone does not establish the uncoiler, leveler or feeding capacity required for that stock.
Choose between the two cutting formats
R3015 lists a 3,050 × 1,530 mm cutting area; R4015 lists 4,050 × 1,530 mm. Review blank arrangement and the available line space alongside laser selection, rather than treating a longer cutting area as a universal output increase.
Define what happens after cutting
Agree the downstream collection, unloading and stacking arrangement for finished blanks and remaining material. Automatic part sorting or a particular unloading module is not established by the basic line description and must be specified in the supply scope.
Machine selection questions
How does coil-fed cutting differ from automatic sheet loading?
A coil-fed line starts with coiled material and includes uncoiling and leveling. An automatic sheet-loading system handles discrete sheets for a connected laser cutter; compare the starting stock and complete production flow.
How do R3015 and R4015 differ?
Their listed cutting areas are 3,050 × 1,530 mm and 4,050 × 1,530 mm respectively. The full coil-handling and line configuration still requires review for the selected material and blank mix.
Does the laser cutting-thickness table define the whole line capacity?
No. The table describes listed laser cutting capability. Uncoiling, leveling and feeding limits must be confirmed separately for the coil grade, thickness, width and weight.
Are automatic sorting and stacking included?
The downstream handling package is project-specific. Confirm the method for collecting blanks, managing remaining material and stacking output; do not infer individual-part sorting from the coil-fed line name.
What is needed for a coil-fed line quotation?
Send coil grade, width, thickness, weight and diameters, blank drawings, production mix and output target. Include available floor space and the required downstream handling so the full line can be scoped.
