Features

Built around long, wide and heavy plate

01

Large-format ground-rail layout

Three listed formats extend to a 26,000 × 3,500 mm cutting area for long and wide plate processing.

02

High-power configuration range

Available 12, 20, 30 and 60 kW laser options are selected against material, thickness and edge-quality requirements.

03

Double-drive motion system

Double-drive gear-rack transmission and Taiwan Hiwin guide rails are listed for stable motion over the long travel.

04

Industrial machine structure

A welded machine bed, cast-aluminium beam and precision-machined rail mounting surfaces form the machine structure.

05

Configurable cutting package

Laser source, cutting head, control and servo options are selected as one package for the required process.

06

Water-cooled continuous production

Water cooling and a listed 24-hour continuous working capability support high-power production planning.

Review long-plate handling before fixing the layout

Work backward from the complete plate

Provide the maximum plate length, width and weight, together with the part nesting and collection method. The working area must suit the stock, while the surrounding layout must allow it to reach and leave the cutting position.

Confirm the installation drawing for the selected model

The specification table includes a shared reference machine dimension that does not describe the full installed envelope of each long-format model. Use a model-specific installation drawing to review the rail arrangement, foundation requirements, material access and service space.

Separate power availability from process acceptance

The range lists 12, 20, 30 and 60 kW options. The material table contains reference cutting values for selected configurations, while the 60 kW thickness remains subject to application review. Define the grade, thickness and edge-quality requirement for the actual job.

Machine selection questions

Which DDG cutting area should I choose?

Match the full plate size and required nesting layout to one of the three listed working areas. Include the planned stock changes and material-handling method. A smaller finished part does not necessarily mean the incoming plate fits a smaller machine.

Can I use the shared machine dimensions to plan the foundation?

No. The listed shared reference dimensions are not a final installation drawing for every DDG model. Confirm the selected configuration, installed envelope and foundation requirements with a project-specific layout before planning installation.

What thickness can the 60 kW configuration cut?

The 60 kW power option is confirmed, but no approved cutting-thickness value is stated here for that configuration. Submit the material grade, thickness and required cut quality for application review rather than extrapolating from another power level.

Do reference cutting values guarantee the same result on every plate?

No. The table identifies reference values and their conditions for review. Grade, thickness, gas, edge-quality target and part geometry affect the application. Define acceptance criteria for the intended production material.

What handling information belongs in a ground-rail quotation request?

Provide plate dimensions and weight, stock access, lifting or transfer method, collection requirements and the workshop layout. Include production requirements and available installation space so machine size and handling scope can be reviewed together.
