Automatic sheet storage
This automated sheet-metal storage tower connects stored stock with material allocation and laser-cutting workflows. Select one of three listed formats and a layer configuration, then define sheet loads, handling interfaces and the required MES connection.
Whole-machine warranty: 2 years · Final price and delivery timing depend on sheet data, storage format, layer count, load class, machine interfaces, MES scope, layout, guarding, utilities, installation and acceptance requirements.
Specifications
Compare all listed models and their working areas in one complete table. Rows spanning the model columns are series-wide specifications.
Features
Choose from the listed 6, 8, 10, 12 and 13-layer tower configurations after reviewing sheet mix, inventory targets, access frequency and available building height.
LGD+RW3015, LGD+RW4020 and LGD+RW6025 cover maximum loading and unloading sizes from 3,000 × 1,500 mm to 6,000 × 2,500 mm.
Select a 1,000 kg or 2,000 kg sheet-weight class for carbon-steel and stainless-steel storage projects after the format and layer configuration are confirmed.
The system is configured to distribute stored sheet material on demand and coordinate loading and unloading within the connected production workflow.
Storage and handling can be linked with the laser cutting machine and MES workflow for coordinated material movement from inventory to processing.
Tower arrangement, interfaces and access zones are configured for the floor plan, with multiple safety monitoring systems included in the listed scope.
Project configuration
Sheet grade, size, thickness and weight review
Inventory mix and access-frequency confirmation
LGD+RW format selection
Layer count and load-class configuration
Loading and unloading interface planning
Laser-cutter and MES integration scope
Safety, utilities and floor-layout planning

System scope
Layer count and load class are selected against the sheet mix, access frequency, floor plan and connected equipment. Available minimum-size and weight options are finalized with the selected format and layer configuration.

The current table identifies 1,000 and 2,000 kg as sheet-weight options. Confirm the applicable load basis and selected configuration with the supplier; do not multiply these values by layer count to derive a total tower capacity.
Provide available floor area, clear height, access routes and connected equipment. The 280 mm single-deck loading-height listing is not a complete installed-height calculation. Laser-cutter handling and MES task exchange need an agreed interface and installation scope.
The described tower includes automatic material allocation and scheduling for a connected production workflow. Its handling and machine interfaces are configured for the project rather than leaving all stock retrieval as a manual rack operation.
Start with the largest and smallest sheets, stock mix, quantities and access frequency, then review the listed formats and layer options against the building and handling layout.
The current source labels 1,000 and 2,000 kg as sheet-weight options. A total-tower or per-layer capacity must be confirmed for the selected configuration; neither should be inferred by multiplying the listed values.
Laser-cutter and MES integration are listed capabilities. Confirm the physical handling interface, task data, system responsibilities and acceptance sequence for the existing production environment.
Send sheet grades, dimensions, weights, inventory quantities and retrieval frequency, along with a floor plan and clear height. Identify the laser cutters, loading equipment and MES workflow that need to connect.
