Can TY-G120F cut every profile within 160 mm?
The stated range covers round and square tubes from 10 to 160 mm. Other profiles are not established by that range. Submit the cross-section and full drawing for review instead of assuming a matching outside size is sufficient.
How much space should I plan for the optional rack?
The listed machine dimensions are 8,004 × 1,212 × 1,916 mm, or 8,004 × 1,747 × 1,916 mm with the semi-automatic rack. Include stock access, operator access and service clearance in the installation review; machine dimensions alone are not the complete working envelope.
Does the listed repeat accuracy guarantee my cut-part dimensions?
The ±0.02 mm figure is repeat positioning accuracy. Finished-part results also depend on the tube condition, material, geometry and cutting process. Provide drawing tolerances and acceptance requirements with the enquiry.
