Essential tube-cutting system

A focused configuration for everyday tube production

01

Pneumatic auto-centering chuck

The direct-push pneumatic chuck centers and clamps the tube for coordinated rotation and cutting motion.

02

Manual loading layout

A focused material-loading arrangement keeps the machine configuration compact for essential tube-cutting work.

03

Common profile support

The listed process scope includes round, square and rectangular tube, with special profiles reviewed against the drawing.

04

Six-metre tube processing

The listed 6,000 mm tube length supports common long-stock production within the configured support layout.

05

1.2-2 kW power selection

The laser package is selected against material, wall thickness, assist gas and required edge quality.

06

Compact production footprint

The series is configured around essential tube-cutting functions for workshops that do not require an automatic bundle-loading line.

Tube materials and production contexts for the economical series

TY-S60 and TY-S100 are presented as one economical series. The final model, usable profile range and cutting process are confirmed against the tube drawing and sample.

Carbon steel
Final capability is confirmed against grade, wall thickness, gas and edge-quality target
Stainless steel
Tube grade, wall thickness and surface requirements are reviewed before configuration
Aluminium and copper
Alloy grade, reflectivity and process requirements are reviewed before configuration

Match the small-tube configuration to the actual workload

Confirm the selected model within the shared series

TY-S60 and TY-S100 share a series page. The listed range is not a separate capacity table for each model. Use the tube cross-section, wall thickness and drawing to obtain a model-specific specification rather than inferring capacity from the model suffix.

Include manual handling in the production plan

Pneumatic auto-centering clamps the tube; it does not automatically place stock in the machine. Describe loading, support and finished-part collection when comparing the configuration with assisted-loading or automatic-loading alternatives.

Compare the package, not the economical label

The series name does not establish a lowest-price claim or a fixed payback period. Compare the offered model, laser package, support arrangement and installation scope with the same production brief so the quotations describe equivalent work.

Machine selection questions

Are TY-S60 and TY-S100 automatically loaded?

The listed material-loading arrangement is manual. Pneumatic auto-centering describes the chuck action and should not be read as automatic stock loading. Review separate loading requirements when defining the equipment package.

Does each model cover the full 10–100 mm range?

That is the listed series-level round-tube range. The current table does not assign a separate capacity range to each model. Confirm the offered model against the tube dimensions and cross-section before order.

Can this range cut precision microtubes?

This page describes the listed industrial tube-cutting series, not a dedicated microtube machining specification. Any small or thin-wall part must be reviewed against its geometry, material and tolerance requirements; the small-tube description alone does not establish that capability.

Does the 6 m stock length determine the finished-part length?

It describes the listed maximum tube length for the configured support layout. Finished-part length and collection requirements depend on the drawing and cutting sequence. Include both incoming stock and finished pieces in the review.

How do I request a comparable S60 or S100 quotation?

Provide the tube drawing, material, wall thickness, stock length, finished-part requirements and output target. Ask for the selected model, power, chuck and support arrangement to be identified, together with the manual loading workflow and installation scope.
