Separate cooling method from laser emission

Air cooling describes machine cooling; this model uses continuous-wave emission. If your application is being compared with a pulsed cleaner, evaluate the actual surface result on representative parts rather than choosing on the air-cooled label alone.

Check movement and working reach

The approximately 70 kg system moves on caster wheels, while the cleaning head is listed at 2 kg. Review floor access, machine position and cable routing around the workpiece using the standard 10 m fiber length; confirm any requested extension in the configuration.

Define how the cleaning head will be operated

For handheld work, specify access directions and the area to be covered. For automatic operation, identify the handling equipment, fixture, motion sequence and controls interface required. The automatic-operation listing does not establish that a robot or complete production cell is included.

Is an air-cooled laser cleaner always pulsed?

No. TY-HS1023 is an air-cooled continuous fiber laser cleaner. Cooling architecture and emission mode are separate choices; the TY-QX1019 range provides the pulsed alternatives.

Which laser powers are available for this model?

The current configuration lists 800, 1,200, 1,500 and 2,000 W. Select one of these options around the surface-cleaning task and confirm the complete machine configuration in the quotation.

Does automatic operation include a robot?

A robot is not established as standard equipment by the automatic-operation listing. Motion equipment, fixtures, control interfaces and integration responsibilities must be defined for the proposed automatic setup.
