Keep pulsed cleaning compact at the workstation

Compact cabinet footprint

The listed 583 × 259 × 356.5 mm enclosure keeps the system narrow for positioning beside workstations and moving between workshop areas.

Air-cooled architecture

The listed configuration uses air cooling and does not require an external water-cooling circuit, reducing the supporting equipment around the cabinet.

Three listed power options

The current configuration sheet lists 100, 200 and 300 W options with a maximum single-pulse energy of 2 mJ.

Five-metre working reach

The listed 5 m fiber cable provides separation between the cabinet and the handheld cleaning point for work around fixtures and installed components.

Power-specific head weight

The listed cleaning head weighs 0.9 kg at 100 / 200 W and 1.25 kg at 300 W, allowing handling requirements to be reviewed before configuration.

Automation interface review

The current product description lists a reserved automation interface; robot or line integration is confirmed against the selected power and project I/O requirements.

From surface review to cleaning acceptance

The final power and settings are selected from the material, surface layer, access conditions, target finish and acceptance criteria.

Fit the compact cabinet into the workstation

Use dimensions and weight as separate selection criteria

The cabinet measures 583 × 259 × 356.5 mm and weighs 38 kg. MINI describes this compact format, not the lowest weight in the range. Compare the actual dimensions, machine mass and route between workstations with other cabinet options.

Allow space for the operator and cable route

The five-metre fiber separates the cabinet from the cleaning head. Include head access, cable routing and the selected installation clearances in the layout. The enclosure footprint alone is not the total operating space required.

Define what the reserved interface must connect

The listed automation interface is a starting point for integration review. Specify handling equipment, fixtures, motion sequence and I/O requirements before agreeing a scope; the interface does not establish that a robot or complete automatic cell is included.

Machine selection questions

What makes this the MINI configuration?

Its listed enclosure is 583 × 259 × 356.5 mm, with 100, 200 or 300 W single-mode pulsed options. Compare this compact shape with the other cabinet formats against the workstation layout.

Is MINI the lightest cabinet in the series?

No. MINI is listed at 38 kg, while the air-cooled single-mode cabinet is listed at 30 kg. Use the actual dimensions and weight for each option rather than inferring weight from the name.

Can it be integrated with automation?

A reserved automation interface is listed. The selected power, controls, motion equipment, fixtures and project I/O need to be reviewed to define an integrated solution.

How much space should I reserve?

Start with the enclosure dimensions, then allow for operator movement, cable routing, workpiece access and the confirmed installation requirements. The five-metre fiber length does not define the complete workcell footprint.

What determines the power choice?

Provide the base material, layer to remove, accessible area and required surface finish. Review representative parts and operating needs before selecting 100, 200 or 300 W; the power label alone does not establish removal quality or output.
