Contain the process and integrate the core equipment

01

Fully enclosed protective body

The sheet-metal enclosure separates the processing area from the surrounding workspace and helps contain laser radiation, metal dust and process spatter.

02

Integrated core equipment

The integrated system brings the laser source, cladding head, CNC motion system, powder feeder and water chiller together around one guarded machine body.

03

Reserved extraction interface

An extraction connection is reserved so the final dust-control package can be selected around the site and process requirements.

04

Three-to-six-axis motion

The support-axis package is selected around shafts, flat parts and simple curved workpieces rather than fixed as one universal arrangement.

05

Protected motion and optics

The enclosed layout helps limit process dust from spreading toward motion components and optical equipment during cladding work.

06

Configured around the repair task

Laser power, working area, workholding, cladding head, powder delivery and extraction scope are confirmed after reviewing the part and target layer.

Check loading access as well as the working area

Review the part through the complete loading route

The workpiece and fixture must fit the loading opening and the required motion path inside the machine. Request the final layout with access clearances; the listed 500 × 300 × 400 mm working area does not describe door dimensions or every usable part envelope.

Specify the extraction equipment separately

The machine has a reserved extraction interface. Confirm the extraction unit, connection and installation responsibilities in the project scope instead of assuming that an interface includes the complete dust-control package.

Match the enclosure to the production task

Consider fixture changes, operator access and maintenance alongside the cladding path. This is an enclosed cladding-machine configuration; the enclosure alone does not establish a sealed inert-atmosphere chamber or a particular certification.

Machine selection questions

What equipment is integrated in the enclosed configuration?

The described package brings together the laser source, cladding head, CNC motion, powder feeder and water chiller around the machine body. Confirm the exact selections and any additional site equipment in the proposal.

Is the extraction unit included?

A reserved extraction interface is listed. The extraction equipment and installation scope are confirmed per project, so they should be identified separately in the quotation.

Does the enclosure provide an inert processing chamber?

A sealed inert-atmosphere chamber is not specified for this product. Any atmosphere requirement needs a separate engineering review and must not be inferred from the enclosed body.

Can a part filling the listed working area always be loaded?

Not automatically. Door access, fixture dimensions, clamping and the head path all affect usable space. Submit the full assembly and obtain a confirmed loading and motion layout.

What information is needed for an enclosed-cladding quote?

Send the part and fixture dimensions, material, surface condition, target layer, loading method and output target. Include site space and extraction requirements so the machine and installation scope can be reviewed together.
