High-output continuous cleaning with integrated water cooling

3,000 or 6,000 W configuration

The current product sheet lists two continuous-fiber power options. Final selection depends on the surface layer, cleaning area, access conditions and required production rate.

Industrial water-cooling architecture

The integrated water-cooling system forms part of the equipment configuration and must be included in the project utility and installation review.

500 mm listed scan width

The specified scan width provides a clear starting point for evaluating broad steel surfaces and large fabricated components.

Ten-metre working reach

A standard 10 m fiber cable supports access around large structures and installed equipment; extension is reviewed with the final configuration.

Touchscreen process control

The current configuration includes a touchscreen interface for setting and reviewing cleaning parameters at the machine.

Wheeled cabinet and 2 kg head

Caster wheels support movement within the work area, while the listed cleaning-head weight informs handling and access planning.

From surface review to cleaning acceptance

Power and project scope are selected from the material, surface layer, cleaning area, duty cycle, access conditions and acceptance criteria.

Evaluate the higher-power configuration as a complete setup

Compare two specified power choices

The listed choices are 3,000 and 6,000 W. Compare their results on the same substrate and surface layer with the same acceptance criteria; a higher laser rating does not by itself establish a proportional increase in accepted cleaning output.

Check utilities and handling space

Plan around the approximately 250 kg wheeled machine, water-cooling arrangement and listed AC 380 V input. Include working access for the operator, routing for the 10 m fiber cable and the project’s extraction and safeguarding scope when reviewing the layout.

Agree a realistic cleaning acceptance method

Define which layer must be removed, what may remain and the required condition of the underlying surface. Include representative edges, joints or obstructed areas in the review, so a result from an open flat patch is not treated as the output for the entire component.

Machine selection questions

Are intermediate powers between 3000 and 6000 W listed?

The current configuration lists 3,000 or 6,000 W. It does not establish intermediate power options; confirm the selected rating in the proposal.

What electrical supply is listed?

AC 380 V, 50/60 Hz is listed for this group. Confirm the selected machine’s electrical load, connection requirements and water-cooling installation before preparing the site.

Will 6000 W clean twice as fast as 3000 W?

That cannot be concluded from the power ratings. Layer condition, substrate, settings, passes, access and the accepted surface result affect output; compare representative process results for the two configurations.

Can the fiber cable be longer than 10 m?

The listed standard length is 10 m, with extension available by configuration. Provide the required working reach and cable route so an extension can be confirmed as part of the selected package.

What should a cleaning trial evaluate?

Use a sample representative of the base material, layer thickness and surface geometry. Agree removal and underlying-surface acceptance criteria, then record the passes and working time needed to achieve them before setting production expectations.
