Continuous cleaning with integrated water cooling

1,500 or 2,000 W configuration

The current product sheet lists two continuous-fiber power options for matching the surface layer, cleaning area and required production rate.

Water-cooled duty support

The integrated water-cooling architecture is specified for sustained industrial cleaning work and must be included in the project utility review.

300 mm scan width

The listed 300 mm scan width provides a clear starting point for evaluating large-area rust, paint, oxide and coating-removal tasks.

Ten-metre working reach

A standard 10 m fiber cable supports access around large steel structures, machinery and installed equipment; extension is reviewed by configuration.

Touchscreen process control

The current configuration includes a touchscreen interface for setting and reviewing the cleaning process parameters.

Wheeled cabinet and 1 kg head

Caster wheels support movement within the work area, while the listed cleaning-head weight provides an input for handling and access planning.

From surface review to cleaning acceptance

Power and project scope are selected from the material, surface layer, cleaning area, duty cycle, access conditions and acceptance criteria.

Configure the 1,500 or 2,000 W cleaning package

Start with the layer to be removed

Describe the base material, coating or contamination, approximate layer thickness and condition of the surface. Include photographs and a representative sample where available, plus the surface condition needed for inspection, recoating or the next process.

Plan the machine position and utilities

The machine is approximately 180 kg and uses water cooling with listed AC 220 V input. Review the installation and cooling requirements for the selected package, floor access and the route of the 10 m fiber cable. The listed 1 kg head weight is separate from the machine weight.

Measure output against an accepted surface

The 300 mm scan width describes a scanning dimension, not square metres cleaned per hour. Assess passes, overlap, access and the required surface result on the sample before agreeing production expectations or comparing with the higher-power TY-HS1022 group.

Machine selection questions

Does below 3000 W include every lower power?

No. This configuration lists 1,500 and 2,000 W only. The retained page address names the power group; it does not establish additional power options.

What supply and cooling does this configuration use?

The current specification lists AC 220 V, 50/60 Hz and water cooling. Confirm the electrical load, cooling setup and installation scope for the selected package before site preparation.

Should I choose continuous or pulsed cleaning?

Compare the processes using the actual substrate, layer and acceptance requirements. This page covers continuous cleaning; the TY-QX1019 pulsed range is a separate option to evaluate where the surface task calls for it.

Does a 300 mm scan width establish cleaning capacity?

No. Cleaning output also depends on the layer, substrate, settings, passes and working access. Establish the area cleaned to the agreed result during a representative process review.

How does this differ from the 3000 / 6000 W group?

This group lists 1,500 or 2,000 W, 220 V input, a 300 mm scan width and a 1 kg head. The other group lists 3,000 or 6,000 W, 380 V, 500 mm and a 2 kg head; compare the complete setup against the task.
