Higher-power pulsed cleaning with integrated water cooling

Four higher-power options

The current configuration sheet lists 500, 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 W choices for matching the processing rate, surface layer and required cleaning coverage.

Integrated water cooling

The cabinet incorporates a water-cooling circuit to support higher-power pulsed operation and extended industrial cleaning schedules.

Power-specific electrical supply

The sheet assigns AC 220 V input to the 500 / 1,000 W versions and AC 380 V input to the 1,500 / 2,000 W versions, keeping utility planning visible during configuration review.

Cleaning width up to 250 mm

The listed width is 10-140 mm at 500 W and 10-250 mm at 1,000 to 2,000 W, allowing the required coverage to be reviewed against the submitted workpiece.

Ten-metre working reach

A listed 10 m fiber cable separates the cabinet from the handheld cleaning point for work around large components and structures.

1.5 kg handheld cleaning head

The listed cleaning-head weight is 1.5 kg across the configuration range, providing a clear input for access and operator-handling review.

Plan the pulsed source and site utilities together

Check voltage before choosing a power package

The 500 and 1,000 W options list AC 220 V input; the 1,500 and 2,000 W options list AC 380 V. Review the selected electrical and water-cooling installation with the available site utilities before fixing the machine configuration.

Use the width for the selected power

Cleaning width is listed as 10–140 mm at 500 W and 10–250 mm at 1,000, 1,500 or 2,000 W. The widest figure is not shared by every option and does not establish area cleaned per hour without an accepted process result.

Confirm pulse energy and operating requirements

The record lists 15, 50 and 100 mJ with power mapping still to be confirmed. Agree the selected pairing, sample result and intended operating schedule. Water cooling alone is not a guarantee of a particular continuous duty or production output.

Machine selection questions

Is this the same as a water-cooled continuous cleaner?

No. This TY-QX1019 cabinet uses a pulsed source. The TY-HS1022 series uses a continuous fiber laser; compare them against the surface task and required result.

Which versions require 380 V?

The listed 1,500 and 2,000 W versions use AC 380 V. The 500 and 1,000 W versions list AC 220 V; confirm the full electrical requirements for the chosen package.

Does every option provide 250 mm cleaning width?

No. The 500 W option lists 10–140 mm, while 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 W list 10–250 mm. Use the selected option’s range during the process review.

Can I choose any pulse energy at any power?

That is not established. The listed pulse energies are 15, 50 and 100 mJ, but their power mapping requires confirmation before the pairing can be specified.

What should be reviewed for repeated production cleaning?

Provide the substrate, layer condition, part geometry, accepted finish and intended operating schedule. Confirm sample results, passes, head access, cooling requirements and the working time needed for the selected configuration.
