Move pulsed cleaning between workshop tasks

Three listed power options

The current configuration sheet lists 200, 300 and 500 W options for matching the cleaning requirement and required processing rate.

Power-specific pulse energy

The listed maximum single-pulse energy is 1.5 mJ at 200 / 300 W and 2 mJ at 500 W, keeping the power-to-process choice visible during configuration review.

Integrated air cooling

The cabinet uses air cooling and does not require an external water-cooling circuit, simplifying supporting utility requirements around the workstation.

Adjustable cleaning coverage

The listed 10-140 mm cleaning width and maximum 30,000 mm/s scan speed provide a documented range for process trials on submitted parts.

Five-metre working reach

The listed 5 m fiber cable separates the wheeled cabinet from the handheld cleaning point for work around larger components and structures.

Power-specific head weight

The listed cleaning-head weight increases from 0.9 kg at 200 W to 1.5 kg at 500 W, allowing handling requirements to be considered before configuration.

Compare the cabinet and handheld process together

Keep the cooling choice separate from the cleaning result

This cabinet uses air cooling and a pulsed fiber laser. Compare cooling and installation needs with the water-cooled cabinet, then evaluate the actual substrate and surface layer; cooling method alone does not determine which process achieves the required finish.

Review the head weight at the selected power

The listed head weighs 0.9 kg at 200 W, 1.25 kg at 300 W and 1.5 kg at 500 W. Include the working direction, access and cable handling in the selection, rather than choosing power without considering how the head reaches the surface.

Establish removal output with an acceptance sample

The listed 30,000 mm/s maximum scan speed and 10–140 mm cleaning width describe process settings. Agree the layer removal and underlying-surface requirements, then assess passes and working time on a representative part before setting an output target.

Machine selection questions

Does air cooling make this a continuous-wave cleaner?

No. This is a pulsed fiber laser cleaner with air cooling. The TY-HS1023 is a separate air-cooled continuous configuration; compare emission mode and cooling as distinct specifications.

Is the cabinet an enclosed laser workcell?

The cabinet houses the machine. It is not described as an enclosed processing cell around the workpiece; the handheld task still requires a defined project safeguarding and extraction arrangement.

Is head weight the same for all three powers?

No. The listed values are 0.9 kg at 200 W, 1.25 kg at 300 W and 1.5 kg at 500 W. Confirm the head supplied with the selected configuration.

Can scan speed be converted directly to cleaning output?

No. Scan speed is not cleaned area per hour. Surface condition, settings, overlap, passes and access must be evaluated against the agreed cleaning result.

What should be confirmed before ordering?

Confirm the selected power, pulse energy, head, cable reach and complete supply scope. Request the final configuration image and layout as part of that review; the gallery image is not confirmation of every supplied detail.
