Match pulse modes to changing cleaning tasks

Power-specific pulse-energy options

The listed pairing is 5 mJ at 200 W and 5 or 15 mJ at 300 W. Confirm the 500 W pulse-energy pairing before comparing the selected package with another configuration.

Three listed power options

The cabinet is listed with 200, 300 and 500 W choices. The final power and pulse-energy option are selected from the submitted material, surface layer and target result.

Integrated air cooling

The cabinet uses air cooling and does not require an external water-cooling circuit, simplifying supporting utility requirements around the workstation.

Adjustable cleaning coverage

The listed 10-140 mm cleaning width and maximum 30,000 mm/s scan speed provide a documented range for process trials on submitted parts.

Power-specific working reach

The current sheet lists a 5 m fiber cable at 200 / 300 W and a 10 m cable at 500 W for work around larger components and structures.

Power-specific head weight

The listed cleaning-head weight increases from 0.9 kg at 200 W to 1.5 kg at 500 W, allowing operator handling requirements to be reviewed before configuration.

From surface review to cleaning acceptance

The final power and settings are selected from the material, surface layer, access conditions, target finish and acceptance criteria.

Confirm the source pairing and working reach

Keep the confirmed pulse-energy pairings explicit

The current table lists 5 mJ at 200 W and 5 or 15 mJ at 300 W. The 500 W pulse-energy mapping is not yet confirmed. Ask for the selected power and pulse energy together rather than treating a series-wide maximum as a verified pairing.

Review reach and head handling by power

The 200 and 300 W options list five-metre fiber, while the 500 W option lists ten metres. Head weights are 0.9, 1.25 and 1.5 kg respectively. Check the full cable route and surface approach for the chosen configuration.

Compare beam modes on an agreed surface task

Multi-mode identifies the laser beam mode, not multiple machine functions. Compare this 54 kg air-cooled cabinet with the single-mode or water-cooled alternatives using the same substrate, layer and accepted finish, then assess the relevant utilities and handling requirements.

Machine selection questions

Which power options are listed?

The cabinet lists 200, 300 and 500 W. Confirm power, pulse energy, head and cable as one selected configuration in the proposal.

Does every version include a ten-metre cable?

No. Five metres is listed at 200 and 300 W; ten metres is listed at 500 W. Review the power-specific cable length against the actual route to the workpiece.

Does multi-mode mean several cleaning presets?

The term identifies the laser beam mode. It does not establish a number of presets, extra welding or cutting functions, or universally better cleaning than a single-mode source.

Is the 500 W pulse energy confirmed?

No. The current configuration record leaves that pairing pending confirmation. Do not assume the 200 or 300 W pulse energies or a series-wide value apply to the 500 W option.

When should I compare the water-cooled cabinet?

Compare it when reviewing the listed higher-power pulsed options and the installation needed for them. Use the same cleaning acceptance criteria, then compare electrical supply, cooling, system weight and access rather than power alone.
